A dash or nothing. You don't really need to separate it out. (In the first case. The second should just be it's own sentence)

Semicolons are used to separate two related but independent clauses; quotes are only used when someone has said something. Using neither would have been the most correct, or you could use a dash, which is what I like to do, so: "fkdjjk - and that includes my MOTHER."
