yeah, Ballos was insane yet still had a bit of control over himself, so he tricked Misery thinking that she was more powerful than Ballos, but Ballos added a bit of an "extra feature" to the Demon Crown... ...poor Misery... :(

Miakid is the "Unknown Man (Custom Sprite of BA2)" Sprite in the Unused Miscellanious Cave Story Character Sprites section of http://www.cavestory.one/info_2.php. it fits the story and theme. what do you think?

okay. so you know that other thread where they were posting about how Jenka's dogs could be parts of Ballos's soul? maybe that's whats going on here, and that dog is part of Ballos. maybe that's Ballos's sanity? or is Sparkles a dog of Jenka's that was taken in by Ballos? or maybe Sparkles...
