It was actually really easy with the weapon-switch trick. But with only a sword and 3 lifes it's gonna get hard!

Monster X is hard, but possible. The annoying thing about Monster X is that you have to get through a few enemies before you can find him. Right now I'm at outerwall. Is that sarcastic? :p I've searched for it, but couldn't find a thread. Should I finish the game with or without the mimiga mask?

So I'm doing a 3 Life challenge with minimal weapons. And right now I'm at Labyrinth M, wich is kinda annoying. Have you ever done this challenge?

I'm almost there, first I need to get through the Labyrinth M, wich also is pretty hard! [edit] Finally, now I can feel the pain of defeating the Core with 3 lifes. Wish me luck xD

Monster X with 3 lifes and polar star, firegun and rocket launcer is like Ballos with all weapons and all life capsules + lifepot. Damn, it was so freaking hard!

A few days ago I've beaten MonsterX with 3 lifes and 3 weapons for the first time. It was sooo hard T-T

Oh, yeah, the Super Missile Launcher ofcourse. But when the little guy asks you to trade weapons, you can also say 'no'. So you can do the quest, but not take the nemesis. Do you btw need the nemesis to get to Hell?

So.. -All items This includes also the useless items like the Lipstick and underwear -All requiries for getting to hell So saving Curly and uhm.. what more? -All Lifecapsuls and Missle expansions ... -As many as possible weapons This means Spur, Fireball, Bubbler, Nemesis(/sword?) and ofcourse...

Hmm, yeah maybe. You could actually say there are more way's to play the game 100%. Because you can have different weapons. Like do you want to have the little guy in your pocket, for the ending dialogue secret, or do you give it to his family, and equip the nemesis?

So, I want to play Cave Story again, for the 3rd time. But now I want to do a 100% game. But what actually is a 100% game? Imo a 100% game is: -All items -All requiries for getting to hell -All Lifecapsuls and Missle expansions -As many as possible weapons -Defeating Ballos

What's the best reason to buy this game for Wii Ware? I don't think why I should..

The hardest thing about Ballos is that you have to get through hell again. So you can't really practice or something like with other bosses.

I was actually really happy with the demo. It made me discover this awesome game. Though, I still don't understand why it wasn't free on Wii Ware :l
