I think the snake might be able to out-damage the spur on a pure damage per second basis though. Spur's main advantage is that you can charge it.

There probably could be a correlation, but it'd all be speculation. My guess is that wind fortress was the original balcony, and that balcony was planned to be it's own level/area, but then he cut it out for reasons unknown to us.

It's pretty good so far. Only thing is I'd change instrument 0 to wav 12 and the second track to 5. I recommend staying away from instruments like 0 and 10 in most cases since they make that weird cut-off noise when they start and stop suddenly.
