I'm pretty sure that most people can beat hell on normal, given that they put in the required effort. It's probably at least 50%, certainly not the "elite" class. At this point I'm honestly just inclined to say that maybe you suck at videogames. Do you play on easy on other games as well?

The tense of your verb is probably wrong, right now your thing says "I WILL WATCH YOU” whereas I'm guessing you want "I'm watching you....". Also you choose a really uncommon word for "you". 私は君を見てる… this is probably correct. It would be more japanese to omit the 私は though and just have 君を見てる…
