Hey, you wouldn't happen to know a thing or two about the way CS interprets and plays org files and how it's different from the way Orgmaker does, would you? More specifically, do you have any idea why this song sounds fine in Orgmaker and yet the last chord sounds really loud/obnoxious in CS?

No, when I first started writing it, I naively thought that I would be able to finish it in a month. Almost 2 years later I'm still only about 20% done (and like I said I'm even planning on rewriting most of that 20%).
