Ah, okay, I guess I should read...
So, another bad thing to say on the phone:
Can I call you back? The police officer standing outside my car is starting to look a little irritated.
Well, this particular thing can be done without a hex editor, like Lowell said, using CaveEdit.
Und dein Englisch ist nicht zu schlecht; besser als mein Deutsch denke ich. :)
You have no idea how grateful I am that phones only transmit sound and not light.
And might I suggest some ideas for possible future topics:
Bad things to say at a wedding
at a funeral
during sex
on stage
to God
to Satan
at a sporting event
in space
in the ghetto
in a bathroom
Wow, rtnario, that intro sounds really excellent, I hope you continue work on that remix!
Also, for my next remix, I'm thinking of doing something with lyrics/vocals, maybe "The Way Back Home".
I'm guessing what caused the error with mine was that one or more of your *.txt files did not have a corresponding *.html file, amirite? I didn't put any safegaurd in to make sure each txt had an html.
I wouldn't use CE for image editing if I were you, I typically just use Paint (the only problem with this is that it gets rid of the "(C)Pixel" at the end, so you have to go back and add it). In order to edit the color palette you can use a hex editor; the offset of the color palette is at 0x36...
Isn't that what the offsets thread is for? I guess we need to badger whoever created that thread to update the first post. (Was it Rune? If so, can SP/andwhy edit posts that aren't their own?)
It's already out, which you would know if you had actually readLowell's most recent post.
And Lowell, I look forward to playing this/commenting on it when I have more free time.
So did the new version work?
Lemme make sure I understand perfectly. You want the program to find all *.txt files within the same directory and rename them to whatever is in the fourth line (without changing the file extension)? Cause I could write a program to do that in like 2 seconds.
