It kinda is. It's a cave story track, but not really. Since the thread was unspecific as to whether or not we could include beta tracks that didn't make it into the finished game, I think it's fair to say that wind fortress can be included on his list. It's also one of my favs too.

The only problem I see with that theory is that he can shoot lightning out of his hands. Surely he can blast that puny doorframe to make it big enough so he can escape (and it's likely he had the time to go at it for awhile).
