Yes. Quote has invulnerability from entities so long as the TSC event is running. (The only thing that can damage him during the TSC event is map spikes, since they're a tile and not an entity).

While TSC events run, Quote becomes invincible to any damage that he could take from npcs. So basically you can't make a boss from TSC.
