Why would you even move the steam folder? Of course that would break it. You really just shouldn't ever move program folders around unless you absolutely HAVE to.

Toroko has this unfortunate habit of jumping around all over the place, which makes the usual method of "spam to death" a bit less useful. That and the fact that the blocks she throws doing 10 damage makes her a bit more challenging if you try to kill her quickly.

I'd recommend doing it the way pixel does, that is setting their HP to something really high like 1000 and then checking for 1000-x hp in their AI.

Most NPCs don't have such code, as it's handled externally by some other function I think. Gaudis and butes are the exceptions, but you'll notice how they have 1000 hp. What they do then is compare their hp to 985 or something like that for triggering the dropping of their corpse entities.

Getting a bigger monitor and/or making the display area of the program larger. Monitors these days can have resolutions of up to 2,560x1,440 pixels, and if you have good enough specs you can make games to run at that resolution, on a 32-bit system. If you're looking for a higher resolution...

That's 24-bit, not 64-bit. Do you even know how to count bits?

Actually cave story is more of a 32 bit game, but 64 bit systems can run it (newer computers). Bits are pretty irrelevant to graphics these days.
