I don't find it all that bad. But I've moved around to the point where I've lived in places where people have heavy accents 15 times or so when a person talks like that it sounds completely normal to me.

I don't really like talking humanimals.

Not a vBulletin thing, he can make anyone an Admin he wants too. He can even change the password on one of the existing Admin's accounts to get into more stuff than he has access to now. Administrators however are normally decided by the owner of the forum whether or not he cares, Moderators...
