If you're like me, you've replayed Cave Story, you've played through it many times. When doing so, what parts, if any, do you get sick of? I know that I personally get bored of: -Egg Corridor: played it too many times without saving, accidentaly died, had to start over. -Puppies...

why is the pendant a fish? That seems like something a mimiga would have, as opposed to a human.

The soaprun characters look more like Dr. Gero than balrog. With the eyes above the body instead of in the middle.

Pixel also seems to like frogs. in cave story alone we have: Puchis, the tiny frogs, BalFrog, Dr. Gero, and the nurse (I want to say Nurse izumi?). Then there is soaprun, and he seems to unify his favorites in Ame Manga, starring a cat and a frog. Idk, maybe he's just crazy.

Perhaps he felt it would be nice to take a break from cat-games, in my opinion, a Pixel game with cats as an important mechanic just feels a little gimmicky (shi-ne shi-ne galaxy, JiLJiL, etc.). Also there might have been plenty of cats in the beta, although we have already seen that there were...
