It's broken in either the main loop or the collision code - "Access Viloation when writing to 0000000". Ideas? aannnnnnnnnnd fix't. I wrote down something wrong. The loop successfully doesn't do anything with no particles! YAYYYY!!!!!

it's 16. I cut out frame number and instead used a modulo function the thing under 'IMPORTANT INFORMATION' in my loop is how it works. I changed the create function as well as the ini function to handle this.
