I don't think there's enough demand to warrant en entire subforum. At the very most they could have their own threads in General Discussion if the mod itself is dead, but up to this point nobody has gone so far as to write a guide for a mod and I presume that isn't going to change much. And...

Presumably in the OP of your thread, and then you'd make a post letting people know that it exists. At least, that's what I'd do. We don't really have any precedent for mod guides.
