Creative solution. It is a falling object that starts at the ceiling And falls untill it hits the moving wather entity. If the object had a bullet attatched tp the bottom of it, which checks for colision but does no damage. How does that sound?

Does anyone know the max distance covered by entity 46 "horizantalvvertical trig"? I thought it stretched across the entire map at first, but apparently not.

Doesn't the double res hack take up enough memory that it needs to repllace certain things? Therefore you can't play full Cave Story due to these replacements. Or is that just a thing Noxid does in the application guide so people don't?

Then I suppose I am stuck with 554x554. I suppose making the largest well functioning map would be an achievement. Probably won't make it till the 3rd beta release though.

A 1000x1000 map ehh... I can think of an area I would make that big. Time to make Noxid angry. WouldN't that make the map really laggy though? Considering Npcs and whatnot. Though it may consist of a lot of empty space.

While we're on the subject. We should totally make Super Mario World tiles. Tiles that are background, and only solid on the top. Ii think there was an entity like this in Cave Story. It was the moving platforms from the Ballos fight.

I think I may have typed that wrong. I know that you guys want slopes that go behind the character instead of in front. What I'm suggesting is that you make the last two rows display as background, because The tiles values are above 40, they should do collision chechs for bullets.

Since blocks 1 through 39 are background and non solid, and 40 through whatever are foreground, can't you edit it so the last two rows to check for contact with bullets and be forground? Because I belive Noxid said the game would only do bullet collisions if the value was above 40. It would...

I played the game again for the first time in a little while. All I have to say is FUCKING MOB SPAWNERS! Other than that, it was nice to play again.
