I just realized that the encryption used by Spanish, French, etc. TSC files is cp1252 (not cp850 or cp852). Besides that, if you edit a file with any encryption, the TSC file is exported to Shift-JIS, making translating a TSC file in this editor a nightmare (unless you're editing CS+ Switch)...
