I don't know if an OCR or something was used here, because some letters were replaced with similar-looking ones that otherwise sound totally different. It should be

(I don't actually know Japanese, though, so perhaps go over this with someone who knows more. Just bringing it to your attention.)
1. Save/update a draft manually.
2. Clear the draft so that whatever message you half typed and abandoned an hour ago stops appearing in the editor.
99% of the time you don't even need either option. For #1 the 60 second auto-draft is enough to get people out of a pinch when composing long posts, and for #2 most people would just remove the old text if they wanted to start a new post instead of resuming an old one.
