Cave Story 2 (English Translation)

I need some help playtesting it. If there are any issues with message formatting, untranslated lines, overflowing text, not enough/too many <NODs, unnatural dialogue, typos, etc., please let me know.

really excited to see something like this, will definitely be playing through it later and giving my thoughts!

i am curious - did you encounter any progression issues? a friend played through it years ago live-translating it on stream, and i think they encountered a softlock(?) around one of the bosses that may have involved having to actually edit the TSC, but for the life of me i can't recall the details...

 

I recall fixing one typo in a flag jump command, but it was for some dialogue and didn't break progression, I think.
Also, I kinda skipped past the totem boss while playing myself because the earlier puzzle was too hard, so if there were any issues around that area, I wouldn't know...
I guess you'll just have to play it yourself and find out!
